We began working with Kiean when our dog Zuna was just under a year old, and from the beginning, Kiean demonstrated an exceptional level of care, patience, and professionalism in working with her. He took the time to truly understand Zuna's triggers, temperament, and emotional needs rather than forcing her into a one-size-fits-all training approach. When it became clear that standard group classes were not a good fit for Zuna, Kiean proactively advocated for a customized training program tailored specifically to her needs. This program included careful trigger conditioning, long structured walks, and extensive one-on-one training sessions with Kiean directly. His ability to recognize when an approach wasn't working - and to push for a better alternative - made an enormous difference in Zuna's progress. Kiean worked with Zuna five days a week for an hour each morning, providing consistency, structure, and a calm, steady presence she could rely on. Over time, we saw remarkable changes in her confidence, behavior, and ability to navigate the world safely and happily. Today, Zuna is an incredibly loving, well-adjusted dog, and that transformation is due in no small part to Kiean's dedication and skill. We are deeply grateful for the role Kiean played in helping Zuna become the dog she is today. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking a thoughtful, experienced, and genuinely compassionate dog walker or trainer. We recently moved to California, otherwise we would 100% still be working with Kiean! We miss him!

Kiean is a wonderful reliable human who truly cares for the dogs he works with. He has been walking my pup Penelope since 2022 and she gets so excited every time he arrives. Kiean is patient and tailors his walk to their specific needs - incorporating training naturally for actions such as wait, settle in public and leash manners. We also have used Kiean for dog sitting. He has excellent communication both before, during and after. He followed instructions to a T and I got lots of pictures of their wonderful time together. I can travel with no worries, knowing my pup is in great hands with Kiean.

Kiean has been walking my dog Penelope since 2022. He is her absolute favourite person and she gets so excited to see him. Kiean is very patient with the dogs and tailors the walk to their specific needs. He'll incorporate little bits of trainings such as "wait", leash manners, settling public etc, naturally. We also have used Kiean multiple times for dog sitting. He is reliable and his communication (both before, during and after) are excellent. I get frequent updates, he follows instructions to the T and I can travel knowing my dog is in wonderful hands.
